London Executive, a full-service business transport provider, based in Southwark, has chosen to renew its operations software with DA Systems. The renewal comprises ACI (Advanced Courier Interface), NX Transport and NX Fleet Tracking. London Executive will use these solutions to manage its class leading Passenger Cars, VIP Cars and Courier services. The re-adoption of these state-of-the-art technologies will enable London Executive to continue to give their customers an outstanding, differentiated service, unmatched by other alternatives.
Prior to the renewal re-sign, London Executive took the opportunity to trial another system. This was found to be ineffective, so DA Systems once again became the supplier of choice.
ACI is a powerful, real-time scheduling and fleet management tool which allows London Executive’s controllers to schedule, despatch, track and log all pick-ups, drop-offs, collections and deliveries. ACI also offers mapping and routing control, combined with comprehensive reporting and management information analysis. ACI Net’s online booking technology also enables customers to book their own jobs directly with London Executive, via the Internet – reducing phone calls, cutting paperwork, lowering cost and improving service information.
Integrating closely with ACI, NX Transport is a highly advanced real-time job allocation and ‘sign-on-screen’ solution giving London Executive’s drivers everything they need to confirm pick-ups, drop-offs, collections and deliveries, at the click of a button. The system links drivers electronically to the operational centre at London Executive’s offices, eliminating the need for telephone calls. Each driver carries a PDA running NX Transport, and working with the extensive mapping of NX Fleet Tracking, this provides total visibility and control of the fleet through live GPS vehicle tracking and fleet management. NX Fleet Tracking provides an at-a-glance overview of vehicles to instantly see where they are, what type of vehicle, speed, direction and whether or not they are busy.
These systems enable London Executive’s staff to have instant access to information on the status of each and every transaction - in real time. This means that they are able to manage delays and issues before they arise and differentiate themselves through unparalleled customer service.
