CelleBrite Marks Ten Year Anniversary with Strong Growth & Expansion in the Cellular Commercial Market Segment

CelleBrite reports 32% sales growth & new offices in Germany & China


Petah Tikva, Israel, February 11th, 2010 – CelleBrite, the leading provider of cell phone synchronization and management systems completes a decade of operations with strong sales and growth in key markets. Despite the tough economic climate, CelleBrite has reported a 32% increase in annual sales in this financial year and increased investment in key markets such as Germany and China.


CelleBrite has supported this growth by increasing their manpower by 50% to more than 100 employees worldwide and doubling investment in their R&D activities. Keeping a step ahead of market technology has been a key factor in CelleBrite’s ability to maintain and expand its leadership position. By supporting almost every handset on the market — this year alone saw a 20% increase from 1800 supported models to 2500. Key wins during 2009 that have contributed to the positive sales figures include prestigious deployments with Turkcell, and several entities of Orange and T-Mobile in Europe and MTN South Africa.


In addition to CelleBrite’s penetration into more than 10 new markets, they have established a strong local presence in both Germany and China with the opening of CelleBrite offices there. With plans in place to continue that trend, Yossi Carmil, CelleBrite’s Co-CEO commented, “With approximately 90% of the market share for POS mobile data back-up solutions in the US and in Europe, CelleBrite is clearly the market leader, and we are very proud of this achievement.”


2009 also saw CelleBrite’s entry into the Over-The-Air (OTA) content synchronization market. Already implemented with 9 operators, CelleSync, the company’s OTA solution provides operators with expanded service and revenue opportunities. CelleBrite fully intends to continue the momentum of growth and success. “Plans for 2010 include increasing sales by at least 50% and introducing new technologies to the market”, stated Mr. Carmil, “CelleBrite will continue providing the innovative solutions and services that fuel our growth.”
