Mobyko.com recruits Simon Lambert from Lastminute.com for CTO role

Mobyko.com, the independent world leader in mobile to web innovation, has today announced the appointment of Simon Lambert as its Chief Technical Officer. Lambert joins from Lastminute.com where he had been since 2000, most recently as Head of Online Development.

As Chief Technical Officer, Lambert will take responsibility for the management of all technical aspects of the Mobyko business. This will include product and service developments, infrastructure across multiple points of sale and customer experience. He will report directly to Mobyko.com CEO and founder, Julian Saunders.

Prior to Mobyko.com, Lambert had eight years experience in e-commerce development. Throughout his career he has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills in fast paced and challenging environments. His experience of working in a rapid growth business like Lastminute.com is a great foundation for his new challenge at Mobyko.
